Leah Farmer Coaching & Advisory is a Cardiff-based practice combining fractional product leadership and executive coaching for the tech industry.
With 25 years of experience building and leading product and technology teams at Amazon, Expedia, Klarna, and Sequoia-backed startups, Leah works with founders and companies who need senior product leadership without a full-time hire — and with the tech professionals inside those companies who want to grow.
She holds an ICF PCC credential with over 1,500 coaching hours and currently serves as fractional CPTO at a travel company based in Bristol & Berlin. She is based in Cardiff and is committed to contributing to the Welsh tech ecosystem.
