FinTech Wales has launched its fourth FinTech Wales Foundry—an accelerator programme designed to provide expert mentorship and support to help startups thrive within the Welsh fintech ecosystem and beyond.
The 2025 Foundry will be led by Programme Director, Lucy Bulley, who will shape a dynamic accelerator programme that equips fintech startups with the skills, tools and connections they need to grow. From securing investment and scaling operations to building powerful peer and mentor networks, Lucy will work closely with the selected cohort to help them unlock their full potential.

Wales has such a vibrant and collaborative tech community, and I’ve seen first-hand the power of programmes like this to transform startups.
