Launched in 2018, PH Innovate Group (PHIG) is a group of companies covering insurance product development and distribution. The group includes its own technology incubator, providing the platform to create an end-to-end insurance trading ecosystem. PHIG reinvests a significant part of its trading profits to support future organic growth.

PHIG now has four operating companies employing 100+ staff exclusively in Wales, generating revenues of over £6m a year. In 2023, over £25m of premium was sold through PH insurance intermediaries, while the PH technical services processed over 2.5 million transactions per day supporting over 40 insurers and intermediaries. The in-house systems and processes developed have allowed PHIG to achieve market-leading performance for its insurance partners.
PHIG is continuing to expand its existing business units, feeding into the Welsh Fintech economy, and creating more jobs in an exciting phase of new growth.
