Zing Cover Announces Rebrand and Expanded Coverage Options

Zing Cover, a FinTech Wales member and graduate of the Foundry Accelerator Season One, has announced a rebrand, updating its visual identity and introducing new digital features aimed at improving the customer experience.

Updated Brand and User Experience Features

The rebrand includes changes to Zing Cover’s logo and website, alongside new digital tools designed to streamline insurance management. According to Erin Hacker, Head of Product at Zing Cover, the goal is to enhance usability while maintaining the company’s focus on specialist insurance services.

“We’re unveiling an exciting rebrand that reflects the prestige of the items we protect and the high standards our members expect.”

Key Digital Enhancements

Zing Cover has introduced new features to improve security and accessibility for policyholders:

  • Passwordless Login: A new authentication process allowing users to access accounts via a secure email link.
  • Enhanced Cover Management: Members can update payment details, personal contact information, and adjust coverage through their online accounts.

Expanded Coverage Limits for High-Value Assets

In addition to the rebrand, Zing Cover has announced an expansion of its coverage options to meet growing demand for specialist luxury asset insurance. Customers can now insure:

  • Individual assets up to £100,000
  • Collections up to £1,000,000 across jewellery, watches, and handbags

This expansion reflects evolving customer needs, particularly among High Net Worth individuals transitioning away from traditional home insurance policies in favor of more specialist coverage.
