Call of the Wild’s Women in Leadership Online Development Programme is designed to empower current and aspiring female leaders to build confidence, develop key leadership skills, and advance their careers. Delivered entirely online over four half-day sessions, this interactive course provides a supportive environment for exploring personal leadership identity and addressing gender-specific workplace challenges.

Participants will engage with practical tools and expert guidance to overcome imposter syndrome, strengthen negotiation techniques, and lead with authenticity in any organisational context.
