Women in Leadership Online Development Programme

FinTech Wales member Call of the Wild is offering a two-day online leadership development programme designed to help women build confidence, strengthen their leadership identity and develop a trusted network of peers.
The programme creates space to reflect on who you are as a leader, where you want to grow, and how to navigate some of the challenges that can come with leadership.
Across two full-day online sessions, participants will explore how to:
- Find and trust their voice
- Understand and own their leadership identity
- Navigate bias, influence and negotiation with confidence
- Build a trusted network of women for continued advice, perspective and support
The programme is led by Lynda Campbell, former Director at British Gas, who brings more than 20 years of leadership experience and a practical, people-focused approach to leadership development.
Whether you’re stepping into leadership, taking on more responsibility or looking to reconnect with your confidence, the programme is designed to meet you where you are.
