The in-person Women in Leadership Development Programme from Call of the Wild is an immersive three-day experience held at their award-winning training centre in the Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) National Park. This programme is designed for female leaders seeking to enhance their leadership identity, build influence, and develop strategies for career growth in a supportive and empowering environment.

Blending reflective practice with experiential learning, the course helps participants overcome internal and external barriers, strengthen their leadership voice, and lead with authenticity and emotional intelligence.
