We at the FinTech Wales team would like to offer a warm welcome to our newest Family Member, Stable Resources ltd, and to take the opportunity to introduce them to our readership. Who are Stable? 

Founded in 2001, Stable are a Bespoke I.T. Consultancy based in Cardiff that have been delivering tailored resourcing and systems integration services over the past twenty years. Stable’s impressive client-base includes start up, scale up and emerging high growth FinTech businesses, large multinationals, UK Government, Defence and National Security.

What do Stable do? 

Stable work with emerging high growth clients to offer them a Strategic ground-up talent attraction strategy, this could be: mid to senior appointments, developing and delivering growth strategies or providing specific technical expertise to deliver a particular outcome; bespoke recruitment offerings tailored to your needs; in-house recruitment solutions or providing mentoring/advisory services to clients as they grow.

In short, Stable introduces talented people to talented organisations. 

As a Microsoft Gold Partner, they also provide Cyber Security Systems Integration services. From initial design to implementation and through-life support, Stable offers a trusted packaged solution which is personalised to their customer’s needs. 

What’s next for Stable?

Recently Stable announced the exciting news that the Stable Academy, a collaborative and modern working space, will open in Autumn 2021. The Stable Academy will host: Technical Training (including a new initiative for free training to young people); Branding and Web Design Services and events such as hackathons, round tables, supplier briefings and workshops. 

Stable expressed their enthusiasm for the Academy’s anticipated opening, commenting that: 

“We are looking forward to opening our doors, welcoming our Partners and developing our associations with like-minded organisations to promote technical innovation across Wales.”
