Wealthify Appoints Simon Holland as Chief Operating Officer

Penarth-based savings and investment platform Wealthify has announced the promotion of Simon Holland to Chief Operating Officer (COO) as the company continues to scale its operations and technology-driven investment services.

Simon Holland Takes on COO Role

Since joining Wealthify in 2019 as Chief Product Officer, Simon has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s Data, Design, and Product Teams, leading the development of pension, investment, and cash savings products.

In his new role, Simon will retain these responsibilities while also leading teams focused on Wealthify’s proprietary investment and operations platform, covering Compliance, Financial Crime, Trading, Operations, and Customer Service.

Wealthify Strengthens Leadership with New CIO

Alongside Simon’s promotion, Wealthify has also appointed Jessie Kwok as its new Chief Investment Officer (CIO). She succeeds Colleen McHugh, who will remain involved with the company as a member of the Investment Committee.

With over 15 years of investment experience from senior roles at Investec Wealth, Fidelity International, and London & Capital, Jessie will play a key role in shaping Wealthify’s investment strategy and ensuring strong performance for customers.
