Wales’s de Novo Solutions Ranked Among UK’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies
Welsh technology firm de Novo Solutions has been ranked eighth in the prestigious 2025 edition of The Sunday Times 100, a league table celebrating Britain’s fastest-growing private companies.
Founded in 2021 by Chief Executive Mark Sweeny, the South Wales-based company has rapidly gained recognition for its personalised, data-driven digital solutions across Finance, Procurement, HR, and Payroll functions. The accolade comes just four years after the company’s launch, marking a significant milestone in its growth trajectory.
The Sunday Times 100 ranking evaluates UK-headquartered, privately-owned companies based on their three-year compound annual growth rate, with eligibility requiring sales of more than £5 million in the previous year.
de Novo Solutions has established a strong presence in both the public and private sectors, delivering digital transformation to a wide array of clients including Central Government Departments, Local Authorities, Multi-Academy Trusts, and leading commercial enterprises in logistics, telecommunications, and infrastructure.
The company attributes its growth to its strategic use of Oracle Cloud and ServiceNow technologies, coupled with proprietary innovations such as its ‘Odyssea™’ industry cloud solution, ‘Value as a Service™ (VaaS™)’, and ‘Testing as a Service™ (TaaS™)’ offerings.
“We have built something special here – a company that hasn’t just grown fast, but has grown sustainably, with our people and our clients genuinely at the heart of everything we do. I honestly could not be prouder of the team – to be included in this league table four years after launch is an incredible achievement and the entire company should feel thrilled.”
Looking forward, the company plans to expand its service offerings and continue its focus on delivery excellence in key sectors including Local Government and Policing.
The full Sunday Times 100 list is available online from 27 June 2025 and will be published in print on 29 June 2025 in the Business Supplement.
