Unlocking the Power of Emotional Intelligence – Call of the Wild

Call of the Wild’s Unlocking the Power of Emotional Intelligence course is designed to help individuals and leaders enhance their personal effectiveness, team dynamics, and workplace relationships. By developing a deeper understanding of emotional intelligence (E.I.), participants will be equipped to communicate more effectively, manage conflict, and create a more cohesive and engaged work environment.

This interactive workshop is suitable for individuals at all levels and can be delivered online, in-person at Call of the Wild’s training centre, or at a venue of your choice.

Key Learning Outcomes:

• Understand the core principles of Emotional Intelligence and its impact on leadership and teamwork.
• Manage personal emotions to improve decision-making and professional presence.
• Recognise and respond empathetically to others’ emotions.
• Strengthen communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills.
• Apply E.I. strategies to foster a more motivated, collaborative, and productive workplace.
