UK Cyber Trade Missions to Singapore and Indonesia Open for Expressions of Interest
The UK Government’s Department for Business and Trade (DBT) has launched Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for two key cybersecurity trade missions taking place in October 2025—one to Singapore and the other to Indonesia. These missions present a strategic opportunity for UK cyber firms to explore high-growth markets in Southeast Asia.
In partnership with the British High Commission Singapore and the British Embassy Jakarta, these missions aim to strengthen international cybersecurity collaboration and open new commercial avenues for UK companies.
Indonesia Cyber Trade Mission: 27–29 October 2025
Set immediately after Singapore Cyber Week, the Indonesia Cyber Trade Mission will enable UK firms to engage directly with Indonesia’s rapidly expanding cyber ecosystem. Indonesia’s digital economy is forecast to surpass $130 billion in 2025, making it one of the fastest-growing in Southeast Asia. However, this growth has also heightened cybersecurity challenges.
The mission aligns with the newly launched UK–Indonesia Strategic Partnership announced during President Prabowo’s visit to the UK in November 2024. Cybersecurity cooperation is a central pillar of this partnership, providing fertile ground for UK cyber companies to contribute their expertise.
Participants will benefit from:
- Roundtable discussions with Indonesian stakeholders on cybersecurity policy
- One-on-one meetings with potential local partners and buyers
- Networking opportunities with government and industry leaders
- Site visits to key government and industry locations
- Attendance at the Indonesia National Cybersecurity Connect (29–30 October)
The mission costs £1,000 + VAT per UK company, with participants responsible for their own travel and accommodation. The deadline to submit EOIs is 21 August 2025, with successful applicants notified by 28 August 2025.

Singapore Cyber Trade Mission
Supported by the British High Commission Singapore, the Singapore mission will take place during Singapore Cyber Week, a premier regional event in the cybersecurity calendar. While specific programme details are yet to be announced, the mission will be coordinated to enable seamless participation in both trips for interested companies.
Please note that applying to one mission does not guarantee acceptance to the other. Companies may apply to either or both missions based on strategic interest.
