The Royal Mint Expands Board with Experienced Non-Executive Directors

The Royal Mint has announced the appointment of two new non-executive directors to its board, marking a significant step in its ongoing strategic transformation.

Anne Baldock has been appointed as Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee, while Mark Tentori joins as Chair of the Audit Committee. Both appointments are effective immediately.

With a distinguished legal background, Anne Baldock brings over 20 years of experience as Global Head of Projects, Energy and Infrastructure at Allen & Overy LLP. She currently holds a range of senior non-executive roles, including at Pantheon Infrastructure plc and East West Railways Limited, and also serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director at Kier Group PLC.

Mark Tentori’s appointment adds deep financial expertise to the board, with a career spanning CFO roles at several private equity-backed businesses including LINPAC Group, United Coffee, and Deb Group. His experience encompasses financial transformation, mergers and acquisitions, and operational performance enhancement. He is currently a member of the Duchy of Lancaster’s Finance Committee and recently stepped down as Senior Independent Director at IG Design Group plc.
