We are back at Cardiff and Vale College this morning for another Speed Interview event, connecting the newly qualified coders with Welsh fintech employers.

The CAVC Coding Academy has been instrumental in nurturing the tech talent pipeline in Wales. Many of our graduates have successfully pivoted their careers into the fintech sector, thanks to the training and dedicated support from CAVC.

Well done to the graduates for completing the training and attending today’s high-speed interview sessions and a big thank you to the employers.
