Sero Appoints Emma Williams as Chief Commercial Officer to Lead Next Phase of Growth
Cardiff-based Net Zero pioneer, Sero, has announced the appointment of Emma Williams as its new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). Bringing over a decade of leadership experience, Emma will spearhead Sero’s commercial strategy, brand, and customer engagement as the company enters an exciting new phase of growth and delivery.
Emma Williams joins Sero with an impressive track record in brand positioning, strategy development, and execution. Previously serving as Head of Customer Strategy at Hodge, Emma drove a customer-centric approach that strengthened the company’s strategic vision and objectives. Her background also includes co-founding the charity Active4Blood and holding senior marketing roles at Credas, The Indigo Group, and her own marketing agency, Ipsum Consulting.
Emma’s multi-sector experience will be instrumental in supporting Sero’s mission to advance Net Zero in housing.
