This is an exciting opportunity to join a new Machine Learning Engineering team working with a cutting-edge Data Science team. The successful candidate will get hands-on experience in a wide range of ML-Ops topics. The ML Engineering team will own the release process of models into Chetwoods production environment.

You will lead the development of Models Platform and automation of Model Monitoring to deliver a best-in-class customer experience by improving areas such as credit risk, customer operations, marketing, collections and recoveries. You will provide platform and infrastructure support for the Data Science team by working with Chetwood Tech teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the model release process across SageMaker and internal production systems.
  • Create and manage the model CI/CD pipeline including model development and production release.
  • Manage and Build the serverless model infrastructure which will include IFRS9 and Pricing Engines.
  • Train and mentor other junior members of staff.
  • Create a production monitoring system for models.
  • Management of the AWS cloud model stack.
  • Automation of Model monitoring.
  • Contributing to the specification, design, build, testing and delivery of data and MI solutions.
  • Consult with the Data Scientist and Tech teams on model and system release.

 Key Skills and Experience:

  • Advanced Python, SQL, Github and R.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript.
  • Track record using Flask.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS Fargate.
  • 3+ years experience using Containers.
  • AWS Sagemaker.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to question, shape, analyse, understand and explain to a range of technical and non-technical audiences.
