Prime Property Finance directors acquire Simpli Financial Solutions

Prime Property Finance directors Gareth Morgan and Mark Watts have acquired mortgage and protection firm Simpli Financial Solutions, bringing the two businesses under common ownership while maintaining their separate identities and regulatory authorisations.

Under the new structure, both Prime Property Finance and Simpli Financial Solutions will retain their own Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) authorisation, brand identity and propositions.

Prime Property Finance will continue to specialise in property finance, while Simpli Financial Solutions will remain an independent mortgage and protection business, providing a platform for advisers looking to build their own businesses under their own trading styles.

The acquisition is intended to broaden opportunities for employed advisers, self-employed advisers and those looking to establish their own businesses.
