Practical AI Prompt-a-thon for FinTech Wales Member

VisVira Ltd is offering to deliver a practical AI Prompt-a-thon exclusively for FinTech Wales members, designed to help ambitious, growing businesses use AI chat tools more effectively in their day-to-day work.

This hands-on workshop will help participants use AI chat tools to tackle real tasks from their own organisation.

This is not a theory session or a product demonstration. It is a practical working session focused on helping participants think more clearly, ask better questions, and apply AI safely and effectively at work.

While the session can use Microsoft Copilot as the working platform, the skills developed during the workshop are relevant across all modern AI chat tools.

A Prompt-a-thon is a structured, interactive workshop where participants learn how to work more effectively with AI chat tools. During the session, participants will learn how to ask clearer and more effective questions, guide AI to produce useful and reliable outputs, and apply these techniques to real business tasks in a safe, supported environment.

Participants will use AI chat tools to support practical business activities such as writing and improving documents and proposals, researching markets, competitors or customers, summarising information and creating action plans, improving internal processes, and generating ideas to unblock stalled work.

By the end of the session, participants will have a better understanding of how AI chat tools can realistically support their business, along with transferable skills they can apply across different AI platforms. They will also produce real outputs during the day, build confidence using AI as part of everyday work, and identify at least one AI-supported workflow they can adopt immediately.
