Neurodiversity in the Workplace—A Conversation Worth Continuing 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

We focussed on #neurodiversity in the workplace in our latest FinTech Wales Skills Group hosted by Barclays at their Cardiff office on the outskirts of Cardiff Brilliantly facilitated by Sophie Mason the workshop focused on neurodiversity in the workplace, and discussions on how we can create more inclusive environments for all ways of thinking and working.

So much enthusiasm, insights, and commitment to make an impact emerged from the activities and conversations. There’s still plenty to explore, develop, and share—but this is just the beginning.
