Job Summary
Are you a creative, organised all-rounder who loves marketing, events and bringing people together?
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Marketing & Events Manager to join our growing team at FinTech Wales.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys turning ideas into action, creating engaging content, delivering brilliant events and building relationships with people.
You’ll play a key role in raising the profile of FinTech Wales and the incredible businesses that make up our ecosystem, helping us celebrate success stories, engage our members and showcase Wales as a leading destination for Fintech, finance and tech innovation.
Working closely with our Head of Membership, Head of Creative and the wider team, you’ll take ownership of delivering marketing campaigns, managing our communications channels and coordinating an exciting calendar of events, from member roundtables and networking opportunities to our flagship Wales Fintech Festival.
We’re a small, ambitious team, so you’ll need to be someone who’s happy to roll up their sleeves, take initiative and get stuck in. One day you might be creating a social media campaign, the next coordinating speakers for an event or interviewing a founder about their latest success.
We’re looking for someone with great ideas, strong organisational skills and the confidence to make things happen.
