Jaime Hindle Launches New Wales-Based Leadership Workshop Using Nature to Inspire Business Growth

A new leadership workshop is launching in Wales, designed to help founders, CEOs, and leadership teams step back from daily pressures and gain fresh clarity on their business challenges. The Growing Pains Workshop, led by Jaime Hindle, blends expert facilitation with the regenerative power of the Welsh outdoors to create space for innovative problem-solving and impactful change.

A Fresh Approach for Business Leaders

The workshop is designed for founders, CEOs, and leadership teams who are so immersed in the day-to-day running of their business that they struggle to work on the bigger picture. It is particularly suited for businesses with 5 to 200 employees and leadership teams of 3 to 12 members.

Taking place in stunning outdoor locations across Wales, the Growing Pains Workshop is a one-day immersive experience that combines structured indoor and outdoor activities. Participants will:

  • Identify and surface key business challenges.
  • Use nature as a catalyst for fresh thinking and strategic planning.
  • Gain expert facilitation to develop actionable insights for growth.

To ensure tailored results, each session is preceded by 1:1 discovery interviews, helping businesses target their most pressing challenges.

Why Wales? Why Now?

Wales has long been home to a thriving entrepreneurial spirit, with its businesses balancing growth ambitions and increasing pressures. While many leaders operate well under pressure, sustained intensity can limit creativity and innovation. The Growing Pains Workshop offers a refreshing alternative—an opportunity to step away from the daily grind, embrace Wales’ natural beauty, and refocus on strategic growth.

A Personal Passion from Jaime Hindle

Jaime Hindle, a Client Success Consultant with 27 years of commercial and facilitation experience, shares his inspiration behind launching the workshop:

“I’ve worked with so many businesses struggling to step back and address the challenges holding them back. The regenerative power of time spent outdoors never ceases to amaze me, and I’m thrilled to bring this approach into the professional space to help leaders gain clarity, perspective, and a renewed sense of direction.”

Guided by the philosophy that “In every walk with Nature one receives far more than he seeks”—a quote from John Muir—the workshop integrates the healing and inspiring power of the Welsh outdoors with expert-led strategy sessions to help leaders move forward with confidence.

How to Get Involved

The Growing Pains Workshop will be available from 1 April 2024 onwards, taking place in beautiful outdoor locations across Wales. To learn more or register, visit the workshop registration page.
