Challenge 1: Identifying Vulnerable Customers in a 100% Digital Journey

With the FCA’s Consumer Duty guidance in effect, financial services firms must demonstrate how they identify and support vulnerable customers. But how do you do that when the entire customer journey—such as taking out a personal loan—is fully digital, with no human interaction?

Challenge 2: Reimagining Voice of the Customer (VoC) Feedback

Traditional feedback methods like CSAT and NPS are producing limited insight—just 80 responses a month. That’s not enough to inform data-driven service and product improvement.

How can we collect richer, higher-volume customer feedback digitally, to drive real insight and reduce human intervention?
