- Concentrated design time to develop a new product, service or to re-think key processes

What next?
The process to apply is simple:
- Define your idea or opportunity – what innovation do you want to push forward?
- Form a starter team — bring together 2 people ready to drive change: an internal sponsor and someone to lead the idea or innovation.
- Apply — complete the form or record a short video pitching your idea.
Time commitment:
- 5 days over 4 months — plus whatever extra time you choose to invest in making your innovation a success.
- Participation is flexible, but your team must attend all core activities.
