Industry Challenge: AI Governance, Observability and Cyber Recovery

FinTech Wales is inviting organisations to share their existing products and capabilities with a leading technology firm interested in AI governance, AI-enabled observability and cyber recovery.

This early discovery activity aims to understand the solutions already available, what differentiates them and the client outcomes they deliver.

The challenge is open to all organisations. FinTech Wales membership is not required, and submissions will be reviewed on an ongoing basis.

Three connected themes

AI governance

Providing visibility of AI use cases, models and agents, including lifecycle ownership, approvals, controls and supporting evidence.

AI-enabled observability

Connecting signals and dependencies to support earlier detection, root-cause analysis and remediation.

Cyber recovery

Mapping critical services, coordinating response and automating recovery, with evidence that recovery plans work.

What the firm wants to understand

Organisations are invited to demonstrate:

• Repeatable solutions that can be configured for different industries and integrated with an Enterprise Service Management platform.
• Distinctive intellectual property, accelerators, workflows and innovative implementation methods.
• Measurable outcomes, including better control coverage, earlier detection and faster recovery.
• Relevant governance, cyber, industry and transformation expertise.
• Client case studies and proven use cases.

What to submit

• A summary of your proposition, its differentiation and the client needs it addresses.
• Your platform integration approach and priority products or use cases by industry.
• Demonstrations or case studies with measurable client outcomes.
• Your delivery readiness, preferred partnership model and implementation approach.
