Hodge Welcomes Two Senior Leaders to Drive Operations and Marketing Forward
Hodge has announced two new senior appointments, welcoming Sara Bayley as Head of Operations and Daniel Lewis as Head of Marketing. These strategic hires underscore the company’s continued investment in its people and its commitment to delivering exceptional customer and colleague experiences.
Sara Bayley joined Hodge on 3 March, bringing with her over three decades of experience in the banking industry. Having moved to Cardiff 30 years ago, Sara has held a range of leadership roles at Lloyds Banking Group, spanning customer-facing teams and operational leadership. With a deep focus on the customer journey and colleague experience, Sara is now set to lead operations at Hodge, a move she describes as strongly aligned with her personal values and professional ethos.
“I was really drawn to the Hodge purpose and the values and behaviours of the business that perfectly aligned to my own,” Sara said. “In addition, I know Hodge has built a reputation as a great place to work with a relentless focus on making life better for customers.”
Daniel Lewis joined the team on 17 March, bringing over 23 years’ experience in marketing, creative, and digital strategy. Based in Wenvoe, Daniel’s career began as a freelance graphic designer before he founded boutique agency Nuance & Fathom, which was later acquired by digital agency Spindogs. At Spindogs, he went on to lead the digital marketing team and later took on the role of Strategy Director. His diverse portfolio includes work with major brands such as Hyundai, NHS England, British Land, and money.co.uk.
Notably, Daniel also previously served as Hodge’s account manager during his time at Spindogs. His familiarity with the organisation makes him well-positioned to lead its marketing function and support continued brand growth.
