“It was an absolute honour to attend and support the 3rd Annual Women Mastering Change – Master Change Your Way closed session at the House of Lords. Being part of this incredible gathering of leaders, visionaries, and advocates—under the remarkable guidance of Baroness Tanni Grey-Thompson and Bernie Davies—was both inspiring and deeply moving. At FinTech Wales, we are proud to stand with organisations across the region and beyond, championing the resilience and brilliance of women navigating change and the allies who uplift them. Events like this prove that real change begins when diverse voices are not just heard, but truly valued.”
The event forms part of a wider 2025 programme by Mastering Diversity CIC, culminating in the Global Empowerment and Inclusion Summit at the United Nations Headquarters in Geneva on 26th June 2025. The summit will spotlight Youth Empowerment, Cultural Exchange, and DEI in sports and technology, welcoming global thought leaders and change advocates.
