FinTech Wales’ Sarah Jones Joins Advisory Panel for Newly Launched Mastering Diversity CIC

At the recent Mastering Diversity Conference 2024, attended by over 1,500 people, EDI (Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion) specialist Bernie Davies announced the launch of a new community interest company (CIC), Mastering Diversity CIC. This new venture marks a significant step towards formalising Bernie’s impactful work in promoting diversity and inclusion across industries, including fintech.

FinTech Wales is proud to announce that Sarah Jones, one of our own key leaders, has been invited to join the advisory panel of the newly formed CIC. This prestigious panel includes professionals from various sectors such as finance, manufacturing, healthcare, and creative industries. It demonstrates the growing recognition of the importance of EDI in fintech and beyond, and reflects FinTech Wales’ ongoing commitment to building a more inclusive industry.

The Mastering Diversity Conference, held at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium, featured keynote presentations, panel discussions, workshops, and networking opportunities. With over 1,500 attendees, the event was a resounding success and underscored the critical role of diversity in today’s business landscape.
