FinTech Wales Launches First-Ever Netwalking Event in Partnership with Call of the Wild
The sun was shining for our first-ever Netwalking event — and we couldn’t have asked for a better day. Co-hosted with Call of the Wild, the event brought together FinTech Wales members and ecosystem supporters for a unique combination of leadership development and outdoor exploration in the heart of the Brecon Beacons.
The day began with a morning leadership session led by the brilliant Dr Barrie Kennard, followed by an invigorating circular walk to the summit of Cribarth, also known as the Sleeping Giant. Participants enjoyed spectacular views and fresh air while discussing key themes in workplace culture and leadership.
The session offered a valuable opportunity to explore important workplace topics, including:
- Psychological safety
- Managing remote teams
- Building positive work cultures
