What is Good Driver’s story?
The answer lies in our vision, mission and values. Our vision is to make driving safer and affordable through best in class driving intelligence. Our mission is to build a true usage based and digital car insurance product rewarding good drivers. Customer centricity is one of our core values. We felt our brand should reflect who we are made for or how our customers could benefit the most and hence, “GoodDriver.”
What is the problem your startup has spotted and is looking to solve?
New drivers in the UK, especially young drivers as well as immigrants, pay over 3 times the average car insurance premium.
Why did you decide to apply for an accelerator programme and what do you hope/expect to get out of the Foundry?
We want to leverage the Foundry programme and its network to help raise seed investment and navigate key partnerships.
