FinTech Wales and Cardiff and Vale College host Fintech Speed Interview Day

FinTech Wales recently partnered with Cardiff and Vale College to deliver a Speed Interview Day, providing learners with the opportunity to put their skills into practice while connecting with employers from across the Welsh fintech ecosystem.

The event gave participants valuable interview experience and the chance to share their stories with employers, receiving constructive feedback in a supportive environment. Employers praised the professionalism and approach taken by those on the programme, with many commenting on the confidence and enthusiasm demonstrated throughout the day.

It was particularly encouraging to see how many participants are already applying the skills they have developed to build solutions that address real-world, lived challenges. The session highlighted both the technical and personal development achieved over the course of the programme, while giving learners an opportunity to strengthen their interview skills and expand their professional networks.
