FinTech Wales and Atradius Collections Host Industry Workshop on Credit Management, Cash Flow and Embedded Finance

FinTech Wales recently joined Atradius Collections for an industry workshop exploring the future of credit management, cash flow and embedded finance.

The session brought together members of the FinTech Wales community for an open and insightful discussion on how technology is helping businesses make more informed credit decisions, improve visibility over customer risk and streamline credit management processes.

The workshop began with a live demonstration of Atradius’ CreditIQ, showcasing how digital tools can support credit teams with the insights they need to act with greater confidence.

The discussion that followed highlighted several key themes shaping modern credit management, including the importance of truly knowing your customer and using data to support better decision-making.

Attendees also explored the balance between AI and human interaction, recognising that while automation can improve efficiency, relationships and judgement remain essential.

The conversation also focused on how technology solutions can help businesses reduce risk, improve cash flow and give credit teams stronger insight across their operations.
