EY Launches Fourth Iteration of FinTech Growth Programme

Applications are now open for the fourth iteration of EY’s highly anticipated FinTech Growth Programme, designed to support and accelerate the growth of scaling fintech start-ups across the UK.

The EY FinTech Growth Programme is a free, six-week initiative that provides participating fintech companies with unparalleled access to industry expertise, resources, and networking opportunities. This non-residential programme is crafted to address the specific challenges that fintech start-ups face as they scale, offering them the tools and support needed to grow smarter and connect more effectively within the industry.

Katja Palovaara, FinTech Manager at EY, expressed her excitement for the launch of this year’s programme. She highlighted the improvements made over the previous three cohorts, noting that EY has worked diligently to refine the programme to better meet the evolving needs of the participants. The programme offers several key benefits, including:

  • Strategic and Operational Support: Tailored guidance from EY experts to help fintech start-ups navigate the complexities of scaling their businesses.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Concentrated learning sessions focused on critical areas of importance to start-ups, ensuring they have the knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Global Ecosystem Access: Participants gain entry to EY’s extensive global network, providing them with opportunities to raise their profiles and connect with key industry players.
  • Networking Opportunities: The programme facilitates numerous opportunities to network with investors, corporates, and successful founders, offering valuable connections that can help drive business growth.
  • Peer-to-Peer Advice: Engaging with other start-ups allows participants to exchange insights and advice, fostering a collaborative learning environment.

The programme requires a time commitment of just half a day per week over the course of six weeks, making it an accessible and impactful opportunity for fintech companies looking to take their growth to the next level.

“With three cohorts completed in just under two years, we’ve continually enhanced the programme to ensure it meets the needs of today’s fintech start-ups. We’re thrilled to open applications for the fourth cohort and look forward to supporting the next wave of fintech innovators,” said Katja Palovaara.

Fintech companies interested in participating are encouraged to apply and leverage this opportunity to accelerate their growth with the support of EY’s world-renowned expertise.
