Delio Partners with ClearList to Enhance Private Market Secondary Transactions
17 September, 2024
Delio has partnered with ClearList to provide an advanced infrastructure solution for private market secondary transactions. This partnership combines Delio’s innovative private market investment technology with ClearList’s expertise in private transactions, offering distributors a comprehensive toolkit to seamlessly provide clients with access to private market opportunities.
Through this collaboration, Delio’s enterprise-grade technology is now integrated with ClearList’s end-to-end platform, enabling wealth managers, registered investment advisors (RIAs), and private banks to offer their clients secure, proprietary access to secondary market transactions. Delio’s technology will form the backbone of the offering, helping streamline processes and ensure a smooth digital client experience.
At the heart of this partnership is Delio’s Hub and Spoke model, launched earlier this year as part of the Delio Vaults solution. This model enables market connectivity by providing a centralized digital system that facilitates private market transactions and access to liquidity. The platform supports automated client onboarding, digitized subscription processes, custom transaction workflows, and portfolio reporting, making private market transactions easier to manage for both advisors and investors.
Gareth Lewis and Gareth Morgan, Co-Chief Executives at Delio, highlighted the significance of this partnership:
“Our goal at Delio has always been to provide financial institutions with the technology they need to offer their clients secure and efficient access to private markets. Partnering with ClearList allows us to extend our reach and empower more institutions to meet growing demand for private market investments. We’re excited to help ClearList deliver a seamless private markets experience to their clients.”
Delio’s platform, now live for ClearList’s network, will help meet the rising demand for private market secondary transactions. With 82% of secondary market managers predicting an increase in deal volumes, advisors can now offer their clients exclusive access to private market opportunities across various sectors, including technology, healthcare, logistics, and more.
Patrick Murphy, CEO of ClearList, expressed his enthusiasm for the collaboration:
“The private market landscape is evolving, and our partnership with Delio enables us to provide a comprehensive, digital solution that meets the needs of our clients. Delio’s platform enhances our offering and helps us deliver a superior experience to wealth managers and their clients around the world.”
The partnership’s initial phase includes the launch of ClearList’s ‘master platform,’ powered by Delio’s Hub and Spoke connectivity. Both companies are now working to onboard additional partners through sub-white-label platforms to streamline secondary product distribution and enhance the efficiency of private market transactions within their networks.
Delio’s platform is already being used by financial institutions across 18 countries, underscoring its growing role in the global private markets ecosystem. This partnership with ClearList further solidifies Delio’s position as a leading provider of private market infrastructure, enabling financial institutions to offer tailored, secure, and scalable solutions to their clients.
