de Novo Solutions Unites 100+ Team Members from Wales, UK and India at Company Meeting

Langstone-based digital consultancy de Novo Solutions has underlined its commitment to high-performing culture and sustainable growth following its latest UK Quarterly Company Meeting in Guildford.

The event marked a significant milestone in the company’s journey—growing from a 10-person team in 2021 to 115 employees across South Wales, the wider UK, and Chennai. As a member of the FinTech Wales community, de Novo Solutions continues to play a key role in driving innovation, talent development, and digital transformation within Wales and beyond.

At the centre of the meeting was a focus on leadership and excellence, with a keynote from former England Rugby captain Will Carling O.B.E., who shared his insights on building trust, accountability, and high-performing teams—values that closely align with de Novo’s mission.

This message was echoed in an interactive session led by de Novo’s Chief Operating Officer, Tom Mann, who said:

“We want to always be known for excellence in delivery — but that only comes from building and investing in high-performing teams.”

The company also used the event to celebrate individual achievements through its quarterly employee awards. Soumya Patel was named winner of the Dynamo Award, with Rhys James and Ganga Ram Dhungana recognised as runners-up. Dan Junor received the Rising Star Award, with Zac Burnham and Siddharth Govindarajan also acknowledged for their contributions.

Founded in South Wales in 2020, de Novo Solutions became an Enterprise Member of FinTech Wales in early 2025, committing to create 50 net new roles in the region by 2028 through graduate schemes and apprenticeships.

Next week, the leadership team will travel to Chennai to share the same session with their India-based colleagues, continuing their global focus on performance, leadership, and values-led growth.
