Creditsafe Cardiff to Relocate to Net-Zero Coal House Office in 2026

Creditsafe’s Cardiff team is preparing for a significant transition as they gear up to move into a new, environmentally friendly office space in March 2026. The move marks a major milestone for the global credit information provider as it strengthens its commitment to sustainability, wellbeing, and innovation in the workplace.

Currently based in Cardiff Bay, Creditsafe will relocate to Coal House, a modern and vibrant building in the heart of Cardiff city centre. The new office not only offers a central location but is also a shining example of how modern workspaces can prioritise both people and the planet.

Coal House operates on 100% renewable energy and has undergone a major retrofit to ensure it meets Net Zero standards. The building has earned prestigious environmental certifications, including BREEAM Excellent and SKA Gold ratings. Other notable features include:

  • A zero-to-landfill waste system
  • Low-flow water appliances to reduce water consumption
  • Smart building technology to manage air quality, temperature, and occupancy for optimal energy use

These sustainability features align with Creditsafe’s broader ESG goals, while also enhancing the working experience for employees through improved comfort, connectivity, and community engagement.

The Cardiff team will make the move in March, with excitement building as the company prepares for a new chapter in a greener, smarter workplace.
