Barclays Eagle Labs, with UK Government funding, has announced the launch of Season Three of the Ecosystem Partnership Programme (EPP), offering a significant funding opportunity to organisations supporting entrepreneurial ecosystems.

This programme, which provides matched funding of up to £250,000 per NUTS1 region, is a chance for Welsh organisations to secure resources to amplify their efforts in strengthening the local tech and digital ecosystem.

Key Dates to Remember

  • Applications Open: 2 December 2024
  • Applications Close: 20 December 2024
  • Activity Deadlines:
    • Barclays-funded activities: Complete by 31 March 2025
    • Applicant-funded activities: Complete by 30 June 2025

Who Can Apply?

Eligible organisations include (but are not limited to):

  • Fintech-focused incubators, accelerators, and local networks
  • Universities and other educational institutions
  • Local Authorities and Local Enterprise Partnerships

Applications must align with at least one of the Digital Growth Grant objectives, such as delivering transformative tech services, growing regional support networks, or enabling founders to access investment readiness training.
