🏴 Today our CMO, Sarah Jones, attended the Banking in Welsh Communities conference, held at Principality Building Society, alongside panellists:

• James Fell, Founder of Credit Canary
• Maarten Rooney and Co-founder of Singlify
• Dylan Jones, CEO of IE Hub
Together, they explored how we can make financial products and services more inclusive and accessible for communities across Wales.
The event was opened by the Cabinet Secretary for Social Justice, Trefnydd and Chief Whip, Jane Hutt MS, and the Cabinet Secretary for Economy, Energy and Planning, Rebecca Evans MS — who shared powerful reflections on the challenges currently facing Welsh communities and the vital role of inclusive financial services in supporting them.
We look forward to continuing to work closely with the Llywodraeth Cymru / Welsh Government and our members to improve financial inclusion and enhance the customer experience across the nation.
