  • Uncategorized

Admiral Group Plc has officially launched its highly anticipated graduate data programmes, inviting candidates with a STEM background to apply for the September 2025 intake. Whether you’re graduating in the summer of 2025 or have years of experience under your belt, these programmes offer an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking company with a strong focus on data.

The programmes cater to those with a passion for data and problem-solving, offering two distinct pathways: the Graduate Data Science Programme and the Graduate Data Analytics Programme. Both initiatives provide hands-on experience and the chance to work on impactful, real-world challenges within Admiral’s Data Community.

Graduate Data Science Programme

This two-year programme equips graduates with a solid foundation in data analytics during the first year, followed by advanced training in data science in the second year. Participants will work with cutting-edge tools like Python, R, SQL, and Google Cloud Platform, learning how to build, evaluate, and interpret machine learning models. By the end of the programme, candidates will be able to lead data-driven projects and effectively communicate complex insights through data storytelling.

Graduate Data Analytics Programme

This 25-month rotational programme offers graduates experience across three core areas within Admiral’s data operations. With tools like Google Cloud Platform, Looker, MicroStrategy, and SQL, participants will gain expertise in data analysis and visualisation, helping to drive business decisions. The programme is designed to nurture versatile professionals who can adapt to various data-related roles, offering flexibility to suit individual career interests.
