Additionally, my natural coaching abilities have enabled me to develop many high-performing teams and empower individuals to achieve their goals, particularly in businesses where people may have been underperforming or lost their way.
I am now using that experience to build and run training courses and coaching sessions in everything from negotiation to how to get and keep the job you want.
I am delighted to join Fintech Wales, particularly as my last two employed roles were within Welsh Fintech businesses.
