We developed our CRM for our own Debt Collections Company and realised that it could easily be used by Sales and Customer Services teams and be more effective as an organisation using 1 platform. Next, we are building CRM 2.0 which is AI powered and sometimes referred to as an Organisational Orchestration Platform. The aim is to make life simpler for Agents, Operational Managers and Risk Managers using Machine Learning and Large Language Models.
