Darogan Talent has built a graduate hub for Wales, a central place that allows employers in Wales to connect with students and recent graduates to showcase their opportunities. This includes connecting with those who studied outside of Wales.
We promote Wales, and its employers, as a graduate destination, through our: – Job board highlighting a range of opportunities in Wales, from placements to full time roles – Members area, which allows organisations to directly connect with student and graduate talent – Events at target universities, promoting our partners directly to a student audience.
We also provide consultancy support, such as research into a skills challenge an organisation is facing, designing a graduate scheme, or a review of recruitment processes.
