Netwalking with Call of the Wild: Leading a Multigenerational Workforce

  • FinTech Wales Events

Join FinTech Wales for a refreshing netwalking day with Call of the Wild, hosted at their beautiful Abercraf training centre in the heart of the Bannau Brycheiniog.

The day will begin with an engaging leadership session exploring new research conducted with OnePoll into what different generations want from work, the workplace and their leaders. Most importantly, we’ll explore how today’s leaders can better support a truly multigenerational workforce, creating environments where people of all ages can thrive.

Following the morning session, we’ll step outside for a guided networking walk through the stunning Bannau Brycheiniog landscape.

This is networking done differently: relaxed, informal and free from the usual restrictions and formalities. It’s a chance to make meaningful connections, spark fresh thinking and enjoy conversations in one of Wales’ most inspiring outdoor settings.

Whether you’re interested in leadership, workplace culture, team development or simply looking to connect with other FinTech Wales members in a new setting, this event offers the perfect opportunity to step away from the desk and into the outdoors.
