Join us for a unique networking experience in the great outdoors at FinTech Wales Netwalking with Call of the Wild. This event is designed to bring together professionals from across the Welsh FinTech ecosystem for meaningful discussions, fresh perspectives, and valuable connections—all while enjoying the natural beauty of the Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) National Park.

Leadership session: Safe, Seen, and Successful: Building a Thriving Hybrid Culture, delivered by Dr Barrie Kennard

Psychological safety is all the buzz at the moment, but what does it mean and why is it so important in the hybrid working world we live in? Psychological safety is the foundation of a high-performance culture. When people feel safe to speak up, take risks, and share ideas—whether in the office or remotely—collaboration flourishes and innovation thrives.

Whether your team are completely remote, a mixed hybrid set up, or you’re bringing your team back into the office, this session will explore how human-centric leadership fosters trust, inclusion, and adaptability in your teams.
