Employers play a pivotal part in nurturing future tech talent in Wales, this is why we are hosting a speed interview session for you to meet more than 25 new tech talent who have completed coding academies from both Cardiff and Vale College and Code Institute. 

The session will consist of high energy 5 minute speed interview rounds, which allows you to meet everyone from the cohort and showcase what your organisation has to offer.

CAVC Coding Academy

The CAVC Coding Academy has taken 14 individuals through a 12 week programme covering :

– The Agored Cymru Level 3 Certificate in Software Development
– Wider Developer Skills (HTML, SQL etc.)
– Azure Cloud Computing
– Agile Project Management
– FinTech Regulatory Awareness
– Soft Skills for Employability

Code Institute Full Stack Skills Bootcamp

We also have individuals who have just completed a 16-week full stack skills bootcamp covering:

– Behavioural skills: Focus; Problem Solving; Teamwork & Collaboration
– Technical skills: HTML; CSS; Javascript; Python; Database Management; APIs, Full Stack Frameworks
