This panel event will explore how AI can be applied across the entire employee lifecycle, from streamlining recruitment and application processes to creating personalised training programmes and identifying early indicators of stress, burnout and disengagement before they lead to churn.
Bringing together industry voices and practical perspectives, the discussion will consider how companies can use AI responsibly to strengthen workforce resilience, improve employee experience and support better business outcomes.
This event also marks the official launch of the AI Hub, and the first event delivered through the new partnership between AI Wales and FinTech Wales. Together, the partnership will support organisations in understanding, adopting and applying AI in practical, responsible and impactful ways.
On the day, we will also introduce the AI Pathfinder Workshop, a CPD-accredited programme designed to help leaders build the knowledge, confidence and practical frameworks needed to adopt AI effectively within their organisations.
The session will include a networking break, giving attendees the opportunity to connect, share challenges and exchange ideas with peers across the sector.
