EA Global AI adds multi-user collaboration to compliance automation platform
EA Global AI, an organisation specialising in AI-driven form automation, has announced a functionality update designed to transform how teams collaborate on documentation for RFPs, RFIs, tenders, DDQs and ESG questionnaires.
The latest development introduces multi-user collaboration built specifically for organisations operating under scrutiny, deadlines and compliance requirements. The functionality enables multiple users to work on the same AI-generated answers simultaneously, within a defined role-based structure.
Editors retain final approval authority, contributors can propose changes that require sign-off, and viewers have read-only access.
Unlike traditional chatbots, which typically operate as a one-way interaction, the functionality enables teams to collaboratively refine, amend and build upon AI-generated outputs. Improvements made by users are fed back into the process, creating a continuous learning loop across teams and within the AI itself, resulting in stronger outcomes over time.
Every change is tracked, timestamped and attributed, creating a transparent audit trail across the full review lifecycle and removing the need for multiple versions of the same file.
Charles Radclyffe, founder of EA Global AI, said: “EA Global AI’s system mirrors how teams already operate, but rather than creating confusing new workflows, it brings governance, accountability and speed into a single shared workspace. This reduces friction and confusion for teams working on documentation for new tenders, RFPs or an ESG questionnaire. No matter the size of the company, processes like this are always collaborative, so making sure our platform supports this collaboration is key.
“We see this as a ‘centaur’ model, where human judgement and AI capability work together, each strengthening the other to deliver better, more accountable outcomes.”
The latest update also introduces an integrated, AI-enhanced bug reporting and resolution system to improve reliability and responsiveness across the platform.
Users can now report issues directly within EA, submitting information including screenshots, impact descriptions and optional metadata to provide deeper technical context. An AI assistant, EA Bot, helps diagnose the issue and proposes a potential fix, while final approval and implementation remain with EA’s developers.
The EasyAutofill platform has been built for enterprises and SMEs that need speed, accuracy and compliance across procurement, ESG and sales operations. The platform transforms how organisations complete these forms, cutting manual work by up to 90%, while ensuring audit-ready accuracy.
