Following a 30 year career in Finance, Retail Banking and more recently Global Business Consultancy, Doug Craddock set up DJC Consulting Services in June 2025.
With the aim of applying his extensive experience to benefit Welsh businesses and Fintechs, Doug offers a range of services including business mentoring and advice on strategy setting, implementation and scaling, building and leading high performing teams to drive transformational change. He is also able to operate in a board advisory capacity, is open to NED opportunities and will also consider Angel Investments.
