UK Fintechs Invited to Join Trade Mission to Rio for ‘Finance of Tomorrow’ Event
UK-headquartered fintech companies and financial institutions are invited to express their interest in joining a UK delegation to Finance of Tomorrow, a major event in Latin America’s financial innovation calendar. Organised by the UK’s Department for Business and Trade (DBT), the trade mission will take place from 8–10 September 2025 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Showcasing UK Innovation on a Global Stage
Following a successful 2024 debut that drew over 450 attendees — including 140 speakers and representatives from 243 institutions — Finance of Tomorrow has quickly become a key platform for dialogue around financial regulation and innovation across Latin America.
Participants in the 2025 UK delegation will gain direct access to:
- A curated network of regulators, fintechs, and senior industry leaders
- Dynamic market insights from one of the world’s fastest-growing fintech ecosystems
- Opportunities to promote UK expertise in areas such as open finance, digital assets, sustainable finance, and cross-border payments
Support Available for Selected Companies
As part of its broader mission to deepen UK-LATAC fintech ties, DBT is offering travel and accommodation support for a limited number of UK fintechs selected to join the delegation. Please note that successful applicants will need to purchase their own event tickets.
