His career includes prominent roles at organisations such as Nationwide, PCF Bank, WH Ireland, and Computershare Loan Services. His areas of expertise include credit risk management, operational improvement, and cultural transformation.

In addition to his executive achievements, Garry has held governance-focused roles, including Chair of Audit, Risk Management, Credit, and Remuneration Committees, across both listed and privately owned organisations.
