The company, launched in 2016 and now a Dye and Durham Solution, has exceeded its financial forecasts by an impressive 60% for 2024. Credas has also expanded its customer base by 40%, with leading brands such as Connells Group, EY, Gordons Property Lawyers, and Co-op among its clients.

Key Achievements in 2024

  • Market Penetration: Credas’ solutions now power 52% of UK residential housing transactions, either directly or via its partner network.

Expansion Plans for 2025

Credas is set to enter Australia, South Africa, and Ireland, with plans to expand to additional territories. This move aligns with its partnership with Dye and Durham and its strategy to bring the Credas Connect platform to new markets.
